Dr. Shilpa Reddy is a Medical Geneticist at Institute of Genetics & Hospital for Genetic Diseases since 2009. She has done her MBBS from B. M. Patil Medical College, M.D. Biochemistry from Gandhi Medical College and Ph.D in Clinical Genetics from NTRUHS. She has more than 13 years of experience in diagnosis of metabolic Genetic Diseases, Biochemical screening in High Risk pregnancies, Genetic syndromes, Dyslexia, Diabetes and many more. She has experience in teaching for Medical Students, M.sc. Students in various topics of metabolic Diseases, Muscular Dystrophies, Diabetes and New Born Screening for Genetic Diseases. She is guiding many students every year in doing projects on Type-1 and Type -2 Diabetes Mellitus.
